Everett Shoe Shop Expands To Malden's Main Street
Two years after opening in a small shop in Everett, Beca Shoes has opened a larger store in Malden and will start selling clothes.
MALDEN, MA — A new shoe shop in Main Street recently held its grand opening ceremony. Beca Shoes, the brainchild of Brazil native Fabiana Teodoro, opened in Everett two years ago and has now expanded to Malden.
Teodoro came up with the idea for the business after finding it difficult to buy shoes from Brazil that fit her. She realized there was a demand for Brazilian shoes and started a small store in Everett.
After two years of success, she opened a larger store in Malden, offering clothes in addition to shoes. The shop is located at 242 Main St. Hours of operation are Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
