A 17-unit loft hotel at Eighth and Market streets in Downtown Louisville is now on the market for sale, Louisville Business First reports.Auction Professionals of Kentucky LLC and RE/MAX 100 have listed the Loft Reverie Hotel inside the Glassworks building for online auction. The auction for the boutique property opened in late July and will end at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 26.The online listing states the property is “for the person looking for unique space and a rare opportunity."Julie Bex, principal auctioneer with Auction Professionals of Kentucky, said pricing for the hotel ranges as bidders can opt to buy individual units, one of the floors or the entire hotel in one package.
