Gloria Hammontree

ROSSVILLE — Gloria Hull Hammontree, 81 of Rossville, passed away Wednesday, September 18, 2019 in a local hospital. Gloria was born in Chattanooga and spent most of her life in the North Georgia and Chattanooga areas. She was of the Baptist faith and enjoyed shopping, gardening, cooking, and her animals. Most of all Gloria loved to spend time with her family and friends. Gloria was a devoted wife and mother and will be missed by all who knew her. Gloria was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Christine Hull; brother, Billy Hull; and sister, Barbara Lynch. Survivors include her loving husband of 40 years, Eddie Hammontree; sons, Randy (Jennifer) Lynch and Donnie (Terri) Lynch; grandchildren, Matthew (Kristen) Lynch, Joey (Morgan) Lynch, and Brandon (Amber) Lynch; great grandchildren, Tanner, Conner, Landyn, and Kali Lynch; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held, Saturday, September 21st at 2pm in the South Crest Chapel. Interment will follow in Tennessee-Georgia Memorial Park.
