To make Love's seafood Kaldereta, you'll need the following ingredients:

  • Squid
  • Shrimp
  • Muscles
  • Crab
  • Tomato sauce
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Tomato
  • Liver
  • Liver spread
  • Olives
  • Cheese
  • Bell Pepper
  • Margarine
  • Cornstarch
  • Soda
  • Soy sauce
  • Pepper

The first thing to do is boil your crab, shrimp and muscles in some soda. You also need to cook your squid in a separate pan with some margarine.

Set all of that aside, and start sauteeing your onions, garlic and tomatoes in margarine.

Next, add some liverspread, soy sauce, pepper then the tomato sauce. Let this simmer, then add your bellpepper and black olives.

After adding some water mixed with some cornstarch, mix and let it all boil. Once the sauce starts to reduce, add your cheese.

Finally, it's time to mix all your seafood into one pan where you can pour the sauce over it.

Once the crab, shrimp, muscles and squid soak up all those flavors you put in the sauce, your seafood caldereta is officially ready to serve.
