CASTRO VALLEY, CA — The National Weather Service has issued a Flood Advisory for urban and small stream flooding for a large area, including Castro Valley. The advisory is scheduled to expire at 12:30 p.m.

The Flood Advisory covers parts of Alameda, Santa Clara, San Mateo and Santa Cruz counties.

Never try to cross running water.
