JLL, representing Hudson Equities, said Jan. 6 it completed two transactions at 300 Tice Boulevard in Woodcliff Lake. Western Union, a global leader in consumer-to-consumer financial transfer services, signed a 10,640-square-foot lease on the first floor, and Orion Innovation, a global business and technology services firm, has renewed their lease for 4,400 square feet at the property.

300 Tice Boulevard is a 240,291-square-foot, Class-A office building in Woodcliff Lake, offering best-in-class features and improvements. Set amid 20 acres of park-like grounds, recent upgrades include an expanded café with indoor and outdoor seating, a three-story atrium with updated contemporary features, sophisticated lounge seating, a media wall and a state-of-the-art fitness center.

The property is located off Exit 171 of the Garden State Parkway and offers easy access to Interstates 287, 80 and 87; Routes 4 and 17; the Palisades Interstate Parkway, and the New York State Thruway. Manhattan is a 30-minute drive via the George Washington Bridge, while the Park Ridge and Woodcliff Lake commuter rail stations are eight minutes away. 300 Tice Boulevard is within short walking distance to the retail and dining options at Tice’s Corner Marketplace Shopping Center.

The JLL leasing team of Frank Recine, executive managing director, and Derek DeMartino, senior vice president, represented the landlord. Savills’ Slava Vaynberg, corporate managing director, represented Western Union. JLL’s Brendan McBride, senior vice president, and Chris DeLorenzo, executive vice president, represented Orion Innovation.

“300 Tice offers Western Union, a longtime corporate resident of the area, an effective leasing solution in a state-of-the-art property within close proximity,” said Recine. “This lease allows Western Union to continue its mission in the North Bergen County submarket with minimal disruption to personnel and with the benefit of the building’s peerless amenities and location, two key drivers that also proved critical in Orion Innovation’s decision to renew its lease at this best-in-class office facility.”
