It can be scary to be honest with oneself, let alone with others. Yet, most of us still desire to be seen, loved, and accepted. I work with people curious about how their childhood, cultural background(s), identities, and trauma influence how they relate to themselves, family, lovers, friends, and authority figures. My work centers on anti-racism and the lived experiences of folks who are Queer, Transgender, Polyamourous, or Kinky. I enjoy working with people outside of these identities as well. Modalities I utilize are Relationship Analysis, EMDR, Parts Work, Psychodynamic Techniques, and Sex Therapy.

As a licensed marriage and family therapy associate, I work with individuals, couples, and families navigate various life changes that can occur (whether expected or unexpected). I enjoy working with people of color, fat folks, as well as members of the LGBTQIA+ community to provide a safe and affirming place to discuss all aspects of your identity and how it impacts your daily life. Freedom, joy, connection, and peace are our natural state of being. They happen on their own when our bodies feel safe and supported enough to release painful past experiences that keep us stuck in distressing patterns. Overall I have 17 years experience in Carework. I am a trauma therapist. I am a sex therapist. I am a relationships therapist.

I love co-collaborating with curious folx who want to know more about themselves and find better ways to live under systems of oppression. This can look like wanting to know more about your gender/sexuality, traumas/resilience, patterns/histories, systems/power, and desires/dreams. I work well with folx who want to build softer ways of being, explore voice/dignity, create liberatory self-narratives, and hold grief/trauma in new ways. I love working with community organizers, queer/trans folx, and creatives. I value safely moving into the deep with clients, honoring and tending to wounds that happened to but do not define folx.
