These people passed fake $100 bills in central Pa., police say. Do you know them?

Lower Paxton Township and Camp Hill Borough police departments are seeking the public’s help to identify two people they say used counterfeit money to pay for purchases.

Both were caught on camera. Authorities believe one man used fake money in Lower Paxton Township on November 17, and one woman used fake money in Camp Hill on December 3.

Counterfeit $100 bills were used in each case. The man used a counterfeit $100 bill to make a purchase at the Rite Aid in the 4200 block of Union Deposit Road, according to Lower Paxton Township police. If anyone recognizes the man, they are asked to contact Ofc. Zethan Weary at 717-657-5656 or zweary@lowerpaxton-pa.gov.

The woman passed four $100 bills at a Rite Aid drug store and counterfeit money at a Chipotle Restaurant, according to Camp Hill police. Anyone with information can contact Camp Hill Borough Police Department at 717-737-1570. Tips can remain anonymous.
