Farwell residents under boil water notice

FARWELL, TX (NEWS RELEASE) - Due to a major water leak in Farwell and a reduced water distribution system pressure, the City of Farwell is required to notify customers of the need to boil their water prior to consumption.
This includes hand washing, face washing, brushing teeth and drinking. This will be for 72 hours minimum or until further notice.
Contact the Parmer County Sheriff Office (806) 481-3303 or Farwell Police Department for continued information.
Water pressure in the City is expected to return in two hours of this post if repairs are successful.
