Paul Hollywood’s ex Summer hints leaving him was ‘difficult and risky’ in uplifting Instagram post
PAUL Hollywood's ex-girlfriend Summer Monteys-Fullam hinted that ditching the Bake Off star was a "difficult and risky" decision.
The 24-year-old shared a smiley selfie of her on horseback along with an uplifting post encouraging her followers to embrace change.
She wrote: "Change. It can be risky. It can be difficult, it can also be beautiful. And it will always show more of yourself!!"
Summer is enjoying her newly-single status and recently flirted with some of her followers on Instagram.
Paul has refused his ex access to a string of expensive gifts he bought her — including a £100,000 Range Rover SVR plus a £9,000 hot tub he got for her 24th.
However, he said she can keep their Rottweiler puppy Bear and her horses.
The former barmaid was met with a vicious four-letter tirade when she returned to their £1million home to collect her stuff after the split.
Furious Paul told her: “Why don’t you f*** off back on that horse you rode in on?”
He then fired off a string of angry messages to Summer and her family.
A pal she confided in said: “Paul showed his true colours in the immediate aftermath of their break-up.
“One moment he was sending her grovelling messages seemingly trying to win her back, then the next he was swearing at her and her family.
“Summer told him that she didn’t want any of the gifts he’d given her, and that she was returning to take what was rightfully hers.
“That’s when he lost it and started effing and blinding.”
In the wake of their break-up, Summer shared a busty shot of herself in a white figure-hugging midi dress.
The former barmaid beamed as she played with her flame-coloured hair in the shot she captioned: "Happy Saturday everyone #saturdayvibes #happyweekend #ohpolly #ohpollydress #littlewhitedress #summervibes #mystyle #myoutfitoftheday".
The beauty got a flood of compliments under the photo, which ranged from "gorgeous", "stunner" and "beautiful".
Summer responded to the majority of the comments with "thank you" along with a cheeky emoji and referred to some of her followers as "honey" and "beautiful".
After the split the pair have since been locked in a furious row with the beauty even threatening to sue Paul for his claims she deliberately "courted" media attention.

Paul and Summer first met in early 2017 when he arranged a birthday party for then-wife Alexandra at the bar where she worked.
He reportedly lent her his chauffeur-driven Rolls-Royce for her 24th birthday in May, before growing closer to her when he and his wife separated.
The pair were first romantically linked in November 2017 when the star wined and dined Summer at London hotel The Dorchester.
