The following people have been arrested in recent days by authorities across Joliet and Will County. Here's why.

JOLIET, IL — The following people have landed in the Will County Jail over the past couple days. Here's the reasons for their incarcerations.

Kyra Shepard, 28, 700 block of North Prairie Avenue, Joliet, arrested by Will County Sheriff's Office on charges of aggravated DUI-3rd, driving under the influence of alcohol, improperly passing an emergency vehicle, transporting or carrying alcoholic liquor as the driver, operating without insurance and improper use of title or registration.

Daniel Gonzalez-Alcantara, 23, Fernwood Drive, Bolingbrook, arrested by Bolingbrook Police on two charges of manufacture or delivery of 400 to 900 grams of cocaine and one charge of possession of controlled substances.

Kristin Hood, 41, Jacquire Avenue, Lockport, arrested by Will County Sheriff's Office on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI/BAC 0.08 and failure to reduce speed.

Devon Lenoir, 19, South Holland, arrested by Park Forest Police on charges of armed robbery with a gun and aggravated armed robbery.

Arus Woods Jr., 18, 500 block of East Cass Street, Joliet, arrested by Joliet Police on two charges of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, unlawful possession of a gun and two counts of having a gun without a valid FOID registration.
