Walter Lee Hadley, 94, of Portis, KS, passed away on Wednesday, September 23, 2020, at the Osborne County Memorial Hospital of Osborne, KS. On November 24, 1925, he was born to Paul Larkin & Mildred Lorraine (Giltner) Hadley in Portis, KS. Walter was one of two children born to Paul & Mildred.
Walter graduated from high schoool in Portis,KS in 1943. He married Leota Belle Wisehart on September 17, 1946 and to this union, 7 children were born.
Walter was a farmer and stockman. He lived in the Portis, KS area all his life.
Walter was preceded in death by his parents; his wife: Leota in 2008; son(s): Steven in 1948; Curtis in 1992.
Walter is survived by daughters: Carole (Phillip) Schweitzer of Osborne, KS; Kristen Hadley of Portis, KS; Karma (Harold) Hageman of Marysville, KS; Kerri (Robert) DeGraff of Phoenix, AZ; son: Craig (Darlene) Hadley of Osborne, KS; 7 grandchildren & 15 great grandchildren.
