The Pennsylvania Department of Health reported 654 new coronavirus cases on Sunday.
This brings the statewide total positive cases since the beginning of the pandemic to 113,590. The total includes 110,416 confirmed cases and 3,174 probable cases.
Along with the new cases, state health officials are reporting 5 new deaths, bringing the statewide number of fatalities to 7,209.
The counties reporting the highest death tallies include Philadelphia (1,681,) Montgomery (850) and Delaware (687.)
Dauphin County has logged 155 deaths from COVID-19 so far; and Cumberland County’s death total was 70, according to Sunday’s release. Lancaster County, meanwhile, has reported 407 deaths so far while York County logged 88 total deaths.
