Tiffiny Hall has been feeling under the weather this week. 

So it's no surprise the former Biggest Loser trainer treated herself to a little pampering on Friday.

The media personality and mother, 34, indulged in a luxurious face mask and laser treatment to remove her 'face pain', hydrate her skin and alleviate sinus issues.

The former Gladiators star wrote on Instagram: 'Loved trying @clinicalase sculpt mask. Great to reduce inflammation in the sinus and plump the skin. I've been sick this week so this felt soooo good!'

The blonde beauty also shared a snap to her Instagram Stories of herself getting a laser treatment which she captioned: 'Followed by some healing light. Face pain be gone.'

She then posted a selfie of her revitalised-looking skin after her treatments, writing: 'Happy sinus, hydrated skin, relaxed mumma.'

It comes after she turned her attention to the upper body muscles last month, revealing how to perform an optimum chin-up.

Tiffiny shared a video of her performing the tried-and-tested muscle-building exercise - and offered her top tips to women trying to emulate her.

Sporting a white sports bra and a pair of black leggings, Tiffiny could be seen giving her highly-tuned shoulder muscles the perfect workout.

'Ladies, achieving a chin-up is major - and brilliant for sculpting muscles,' she wrote in an accompanying Instagram post.

She advised mothers to hang off the monkey bars while their children were playing to balance their fitness with their busy lifestyles.

The 34-year-old also encouraged her followers to master 'the dead hang' - which involves stopping at the end of your pull-up to maximise the strain on your muscles.

'Mastering a chin-up is 101!' she said.

The health and wellbeing personality offered other kernels of wisdom to her followers - including ditching chin-up machines and using a resistance band instead.

Her advice comes after she shared a video of her performing a 12-minute set of high-intensity body weight exercises.

In the clip, titled Quick Tummy Toner, the blonde beauty is clad in a black crop top and matching leggings, with a panorama of lush green countryside behind her.
