BBK named Best Retail Bank Bahrain
Manama : BBK has been awarded for the fifth consecutive year the Best Retail Bank in Bahrain by Global Banking and Finance Review.
The awards honour companies that stand out in particular areas of expertise in the banking and finance industry. The criteria considered for retail banking include profitability, market share, customer relations and product innovation.
BBK chief executive Reyadh Yousif Sater described the recognition as confirmation of BBK’s status as Bahrain’s leading provider of Retail products and services.
“This award confirms the value of the investments in the innovation and enhancement of our Retail Banking Services and the expansion of the Bank’s network within the Kingdom aiming to ensure convenience for our customers,” he said
“Our commitment to Retail Banking is reflected the Bank’s strategic vision, organizational structure and strong Risk Management which contributed to an outstanding performance for the year, Retail Banking contributing a significant 36pc to the net profit.”
