CLOVIS, N.M. (KRQE) – A two-year-old is recovering Friday after nearly drowning in a New Mexico pond.
Clovis police officers arrived at Dennis Chavez Park this afternoon, to find a child who had been pulled from the water and was not breathing. A family member and a bystander administering CPR before first responders took over and revived the child. Clovis police are investigating the incident.
