Perry Hall Coronavirus Cases Account For 1.2% In Baltimore Co.

PERRY HALL, MD — In Perry Hall, 255 cases of the coronavirus have been confirmed in the 21128 ZIP code, according to data released Wednesday. This accounts for a little more than 1.2 percent of the cases in Baltimore County as a whole.

Officials say 20,510 people have tested positive for the virus in Baltimore County as of Wednesday, Oct. 28.

COVID-19, the disease caused by the virus, has killed 643 people in Baltimore County, according to the Maryland Department of Health, which reports test results are pending in 23 additional deaths suspected to be virus-related.

Baltimore County has the third highest number of coronavirus cases in the state and the third greatest number of deaths from COVID-19, according to state health data.

Leading the state in confirmed cases are Prince George's County with 32,648 cases and Montgomery County with 25,562 cases of the virus. There have been 835 deaths in Prince George's and 830 deaths from COVID-19 in Montgomery County, the Maryland Department of Health reported as of Wednesday, Oct. 28.
