Britney Spears' former business manager Lou Taylor's company says they have nothing to do with claims the pop star was bugged or being controlled through her medication during her 13 year long conservatorship.
Taylor's camp disputed Spears' accusations in new court documents obtained by TMZ, in which her company Tri Star Sports And Entertainment Group asked the judge overseeing the conservatorship to stop Britney's lawyer Mathew Rosengart from being granted a full accounting of Taylor and Spears' business relationship over the last 13 years.
Within the documents is a statement from Taylor's partner Robin Greenhill, declaring: 'No one at [Taylor's business] Tri Star is aware of any hidden electronic surveillance device placed in Ms. Spears' bedroom.'
It went on: 'No one at Tri Star has ever had any control over Ms. Spears' medical treatment.'

The statement did not address other claims about Britney's life under Tri Star and father Jamie Spears' watch, like reports she was barred from going on vacations at certain times or forbidden to buy things because they were out of the superstar's budget.
Britney's lawyer is looking into the possibility Spears' finances were mishandled by Taylor via Tri Star Sports And Entertainment Group.
Britney is worth a reported $60million, but TMZ insiders said that it would be two to three times if not mismanaged and exploited by her conservatorship.
Taylor says a deep dive into the account is overreach, seeing as Tri Star submitted regular accountings over the 11 years Taylor was involved in the conservatorship, without objection from Spears.
Disputing that, Rosengart says his client was not being protected by her counsel or conservators during that time.
Tri Star, however, claims when they left the Spears conservatorship they shared a complete set of books and records, including more than 16,000 files.

Rosengart is waiting for documentation of the total amount of fees Tri Star's taken from Britney since 2008, according to TMZ's documents in which he said: 'Tri Star's ongoing failure to answer this question speaks volumes and leads to the unfortunate and inexorable conclusion that Tri Star has much to hide.'
Tri Star and Spears ended their business relationship in August 2020, after Taylor claimed she and others were getting death threats.
Earlier in this year the CNN documentary Toxic: Britney Spears' Battle For Freedom one of their sources claimed: 'Britney is aware and angered by the control exercised over her by Lou Taylor and her company, which reaped millions of dollars from her estate.'
Around the same time the FX documentary Controlling Britney Spears accused her conservators and managers of monitoring her phone.
Their source Alex Vlasov worked for the security firm Black Box, which worked with Britney for nine years.
He told the filmmakers: 'You would be able to see all messages, all FaceTime calls, notes, browser history, photographs.'
Later, he would say Spears' situation 'reminded me of somebody that was in prison and security was put in a position to be the prison guards.'

Taylor founded Tri Star Sports and Entertainment Group in 1992 and became involved with Spears in 2004 via Britney's little sister Jamie Lynn.
Then, in 2008 she was described as a 'Spears family spokesperson' during a Today show interview about the singer's annulled marriage to childhood friend Jason Alexander.
Multiple sources have claimed she was instrumental to the start of Spears' conservatorship, but Taylor has adamantly denied all claims.
She previously told the makers of Britney Vs. Spears via her lawyer Charles Harder that 'it was not [Tri Star’s] place' to advocate for or against the guardianship.
Tri Star, which has offices in Nashville and Los Angeles, specializes in 'accounting, financial statement preparation, royalty and participation rights audits, tour accounting, production accounting, estate planning and foreign and domestic tax filings,' according to its website.
In addition to Spears they've done business with Jennifer Lopez, Steven Tyler, Gwen Stefani, Reba McEntire, Priyanka Chopra, Mary J. Blige and Florida Georgia Line.
