Memphis football will be without leading rusher Rodrigues "Dreke" Clark against Navy on Saturday. According to the Tigers pregame radio show, Clark did not make the trip.

Clark and wide receiver Javon Ivory were injured in the second half of the Tigers' win over Stephen F. Austin last week. Neither injury was disclosed by coach Ryan Silverfield.

This is the first game Clark has missed all season.

Kylan Watkins is expected to get the bulk of the carries Saturday while Marquavius Weaver and Asa Martin will fill in as well against a Navy defense ranked 124th against the run.

Ivory will play in spots according to coach Ryan Silverfield's pregame radio interview but true freshman Khi Mathieu could see a lot more reps. Fellow freshman Marcayll Jones suffered a season-ending injury this week so the Tigers' depth at receiver will be tested

Punter Adam Williams is battling an injury as well so true freshman Austin McCready could step in. McCready played in his first game last week.
