ODOT begins Stark paving projects Monday

JACKSON TWP. The Ohio Department of Transportation has announced several paving projects this week along Interstate 77, weather permitting.

• The ramp from I-77 southbound ramp to Shuffel Street will be closed Monday night through Tuesday morning. The recommended detour involves taking I-77 southbound to Portage Street.
• The ramp from I-77 northbound to Shuffel Street will be closed Monday night through Wednesday morning. The detour involves using Lauby Road and Frank Avenue.
• The ramp from I-77 northbound to Whipple Avenue will be closed Tuesday and Wednesday for bridge deck repairs. The detour will be I-77 northbound to Portage Street to I-77 southbound to Belden Village/Everhard Road.
