The Gadsden Symphony Orchestra Family Concert is coming to the Gadsden City High School auditorium on Aug. 13 at 7 p.m.

The Gadsden Symphony Orchestra is coming to Gadsden City High School on Saturday.

To be held in the school's auditorium, the Gadsden Symphony Orchestra Family Concert will begin at 7 p.m. and is scheduled to last about two hours.

Tickets are $25 for adults, $20 for seniors and $10 for students and can be purchased at the Hardin Center, at the concert beginning one hour before the show or at https://bit.ly/3BG0tki.

The concert will feature a diverse list of music by the Gadsden Symphony Orchestra. The set list is scheduled to include selections from "High School Musical," "Grease," "Harry Potter," and a medley of Alabama college fight songs, along with classical music pieces by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Johannes Brahms, Joseph Haydn and Edward Elgar.

There also will be special guest appearances, including some college mascots from around the state.

The auditorium is fully handicap accessible. No food or drink will be allowed in.
