Weber County SAR, Fire District rescue injured hiker at Causey Reservoir

WEBER COUNTY, Utah, Sept. 17, 2019 (Gephardt Daily) — A female hiker was rescued Sunday afternoon after injuring her ankle at Causey Reservoir.
Weber County Sheriff’s Office Search and Rescue responded to help Weber Fire District  transport the woman, who had slipped and hurt her ankle while hiking on the Skull Crack trail, a WCSO Facebook post said.
She was carried to a waiting ambulance and was taken to an area hospital for treatment of her injury.

“This was a great team effort by Weber County Search & Rescue and Weber Fire,” the post said.
