A minor was taken into protective custody. Antoine Lapierre, 35, of 1027 Bond St., Elizabeth, N.J., was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, driving after suspension/revocation, and a habitual offender offense.

Sept. 8

John L. Guildoo, 53, of 133 Atlantic Ave. Apt. 1, Salisbury, Mass., was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug, an open container violation, and criminal threatening.

A minor was taken into protective custody.

Sept. 9

James Kuchman, 26, of 174 Jug Hill Road, Milton, NH was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

Joshua J. Texeira, 21, of 81 Rochester Terrace, Farmington, N.H., was arrested and charged with Disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Jessica R. McKenney 22, of 100 Northeast Pond Road, Apt. 3, Milton, N.H., was arrested and charged resisting arrest or detention and disorderly conduct.

Tracy L. Sharp, 24, of 7 Bragg Ave., Hampton, was arrested on a bench warrant.

Joshua W. Gagnon, 18, of 416 Pond Brook Road, West Chesterfield, N.H., was arrested and charged with an open container violation.

Michael E. Hamel Jr., 18, 343 Rockingham Road, Londonderry, N.H., was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

Dacid R. Scafidi, 36, of 255 Charles St., Waltham, Mass. was arrested and charged with simple assault and taken into protective custody.

Robert D. Sproul III, 26, of 186 Mill Road, Hampton, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, and hindering apprehension or prosecution.

Mark F. Nason, 25, of 457 Winnacunnet Road, A107, Hampton, was arrested and charged withdisorderly conduct, and resisting arrest or detention.

Eric J. Grzybowski, 26, of 156 Post Road, Hampton, was arrested on a bench warrant.

Lynne A. Vigeant, 44, of 7 Macy Terrace, Amesbury, Mass., was arrested and charged with criminal trespassing.

n A loose dog was reported on Lafayette Road.

Police removed a dead skunk from Route 286.

Shoplifters were reported at Wal-Mart.

Suspicious motor vehicles were reported in the parking lot at Rand Church.

Sept. 5

John Lennox, 35, of 82 South Main Street, Seabrook, was arrested and charged with a 6-hour law violation.

Police arrested Jeremiah Citro, 47, of Hooksett, on a driving while intoxicated charge.

Police responded to a motor vehicle accident on Route 1.

A shoplifter was reported at Wal-Mart.

Police responded to a motor vehicle accident on South Main Street.

A bicycle was reported stolen on South Main Street.

Police assisted Hampton Falls police on Route 1.

A barking pit bull was reported on Fowler's Court.

Chickens were reported wandering around the yard on Railroad Avenue.

Police investigated a juvenile issue on Park Place.

Sept. 7

A barking dog was reported on Folly Mill Road.

Chickens running around on Railroad Avenue was reported.

People were reportedly drinking beer at a South Main Street address.

A loud party was reported at Leisure Living.

Sept. 8

A dead seagull was removed from the roadway at Southgate Plaza on Route 1.

A dead cat was removed from Janvrin Drive.

Sept. 9

Police responded to a motor vehicle accident on Route 1.

Harassment was reported at a Fowler's Lane residence.

Lynn Eaton, 36, of Seabrook, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

Police arrested Mario Cuppola, 30, of 16 A St., Seabrook, and charged him with domestic assault, criminal mischief and witness tampering.

Sept. 10

Police responded to a motor vehicle accident at Market Basket South.

A motor vehicle accident was reported at Seabrook Hardware on Route 1.

Mischief was reported on south Main Street.

North Hampton Police Logs

Sept. 7

Following a motor vehicle stop, police arrested Eric S. Westerback, 19, of 52 Post Road, North Hampton, and charged him with operating after suspension and driving with a suspended registration. Bail was set at $250 personal recognizance. Westerback is due in Hampton District Court on October 13.

Sept. 8

Police arrested Glenn Fuller on Exeter Road following a traffic stop. Fuller, 41, of 1876 Old Waterbury Road, Cheshire, Conn., was stopped for speeding, and was subsequently arrested and charged with operating after suspension/revocation. Fuller posted $250 bail, and is due in Hampton District Court on October 13.

Police arrested Kristen Merrill, 20, of 47 Weare Road, Seabrook, and charged her with bail jumping. Bail was set at $250 cash. Merrill could not post bail and was transported to the Rockingham County House of Correction.
