Mott 32 at The Palazzo in The Venetian is shaking up World Whisky Day on May 18 with a twist on the classic libation – the Hanami cocktail. The combination of Umeshu and Yuzu liquor, whiskey, fresh citrus, and shiso leaves allows for a truly unique and refreshing taste.
Ingredients:
Whiskey 30ml
Umeshu 15ml
Yuzu Liquor 15ml
Gin 15ml
Lime juice 15ml
Sugar syrup 10ml (2:1 Ratio)
1 Shiso leaf
Method: Add all ingredients together in the mixing glass, shake and double strain
Served: Pour over block ice in balloon glass, top up with ginger beer
Garnish: Shiso leaf and chrysanthemum flower

Patrons may also enjoy a signature shot featuring Therapy’s bourbon, coffee liqueur, Irish cream and a maraschino cherry.
