Chicago Heights Park District To Host MASKquerade Party

CHICAGO HEIGHTS, IL — The Chicago Heights Park District will be hosting their first ever "MASKquerade Party" this October.

The park district, 1400 Chicago Road, says to get out of the house and have some safe fun, to get in the spirit of Halloween. The party will take place at the West Golf Course, 1112 Scott Ave., on Friday, Oct. 30, from 8-11 p.m.

The event will have music, food, drinks, dancing and raffles, according to the park district. The park district will also be giving prizes away to those who wear the best decorative masks. To attend the event, participants must be 21 and over, according to the park district.

Tickets for the event are $20 per person and $35 per couple, if purchased by Oct. 26. The event also has an early bird special of $25 per person and $40 per couple, if purchased by Oct. 19. Tickets can be purchased at the Recreation Center.

Social distancing measures will be in place as well as complementary temperature checks at the door. The park district said "No MASK/no entrance."
