Roboze PRO 3D printers make polymer parts that perform like metal ones

Roboze says it developed the Professional Series line of 3D printers to optimize production of high-performance polymer and composite parts capable of replacing metal parts. The line consists of the One PRO and Plus PRO. The company credits its proprietary slicing software and new materials for making this possible.

Both extrusion-style printers integrate with Prometheus slicing software, which provides workflow management from the early design stages to the final production of the printed part. The software has strategic printing profiles that reportedly allow the new printers to operate two times faster than the industry average.

The printers build parts from PEEK and carbon PEEK, PEKK, carbon PA, Ultem AM9085F, and other engineered materials.
