RI State Police Charge Quincy Man With DUI

QUINCY, MA — Rhode Island State Police charged a Quincy man with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs after an early morning traffic in Providence. Police said Yaohui Chen refused a chemical test when he was stopped on Route 95 about 2 a.m.

He was taken to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending a morning arraignment.
