‘Snowfall’ Fans Think Tanosee Is Spying on Franklin
Franklin Saint (Damson Idris) finally has a new girl after Melody Wright (Reign Edwards), but some Snowfall fans aren’t so sure about her either. Though Tanosee has become a big part of his life in season 4, some fans of the TV show are sensing bad vibes from her. There’s even a theory that Tanosee is spying on Franklin, but for whom?
Tanosee has been portrayed as a trustworthy friend
As MarcDarkTV notes, Tanosee (Adrianna Mitchell) was first mentioned in season 2, when Claudia told Franklin she’d been at the club talking about him. But it wasn’t until season 4 that viewers got to see her and learn more about who she is.
Apparently, Franklin grew up in the same neighborhood as Tanosee and her brother Bobo, who is now serving a life sentence for drugs. The two eventually became lovers, but they hadn’t seen each other for a while before they reconnected.
Despite that time apart, Franklin and Tanosee quickly fell back into the relationship they had. Franklin trusts her enough that he allows her to work at Aunt Louie’s (Angela Lewis) club. But there’s something about her that makes it hard for some viewers to tell if she’s really trustworthy.
Is Tanosee spying on Franklin? Some fans think so
As season 4 continues to play out, viewers have only grown more suspicious of Tanosee. Much of the speculation stems from her sudden appearance and certain behaviors, like her interest in Franklin’s business and the people in his orbit.
“She’s trying to set up Frank. We’re smarter than that, that girl has some type of grudge or she’s a mole for someone,” one person commented under a YouTube video about the theory. “Y’all don’t see how she’s interested every time Frank gets a page?”
Another person agreed, pointing out “the night Franklin stayed at her place, he went to sleep with his pager on him but woke up looking for his pager.”
Many people speculated she could be working with Manboy (Melvin Gregg) to overthrow Franklin.
“She is definitely with Manboy, it was a dead giveaway when she asked who Teddy was at the club,” one fan said.
“Yes! She’s definitely working for someone. Manboy has been all calm when dealing with Franklin. He’s waiting on ol’ girl to deliver,” another person wrote.
“Yeah soon as man-boy told his sister that he already had things in motion the 1st thing came to my mind was T,” added a third fan.
However, there were others who weren’t totally sold on the Manboy theory.
“She isn’t working for Manboy, she is within another faction,” one fan said.
“I think she’s working with the cops,” a second wrote. “She already said her brother is in jail. She prob made a deal to get info on Franklin for his release.”
“To me she’s involved to get back at Franklin for something involving her brother Bobo or Claudia,” someone else speculated.
