Indoor Rowing Studio in South End Offers Full-Body Workout
Swet Studio, Boston's Aerial Fitness and Rowing Center in the South End, Starts Work Week Off with Full-Body Rowing Class for Men and Women
There is nothing like a good, full-body workout to start the work week right.
Swet Full Body, offered on Monday mornings at 7:00 a.m., at Swet Studio® in the South End, is a signature group fitness class that builds on the foundations of rowing, strength, and mobility. This class is a low impact, full-body HIIT rowing workout on the WaterRow machine, which also alternates between strength and mobility training off the rowing machine.

Located at 480 Tremont Street, in Boston's vibrant South End, Swet Studio® is a local, community oriented fitness studio that offers a wide range of group classes, ranging from Aerial fitness, aerial barre and yoga classes, to fast passed, low impact, indoor rowing group fitness classes, as well as a variety of core strengthening and full-body stretching practices. Swet Studio® also provides a variety of team building and restorative programs utilizing small class sizes, personal coaching, and a holistic approach to health and fitness, including AG Restorative Yoga and guided mediation classes, where participants are cocooned in a floating silk hammock.
