OCC to announce 'large regional plan' Tuesday

The advisory also stated more than 200 Arbuckle disposal wells will be impacted.

No major damage has been reported, but cracks appeared in homes after Saturday morning's earthquake.

A 3.1-magnitude earthquake was reported Saturday afternoon about 5 miles north-northwest of Medford, according to the USGS.
