Former Love Island star Kim Harnett welcomed son Chase with her partner Matt Whyatt on July 31.

And less than a week later, the reality star has showed off her incredible post-baby body.

In the image shared to Instagram, Kim, 26, is seen working her best angles in a cropped sweater and underwear.

She wrote beside the picture, 'One week postpartum. The female body is insane!' 

The photo was quickly inundated with comments from her followers.

The couple announced the birth of their son last week and revealed his unique name.

'Chase James Whyatt ❤️,' they wrote alongside a gallery of photos of themselves bonding with the newborn in hospital.

Friends of the couple sent well-wishes in the comments section, with fellow Bachelor in Paradise alum Brittney Weldon writing: 'Congratulations.'

Matt, 30, and Kim announced they were expecting last month.

She shared a video to Instagram showing her positive pregnancy test, ultrasound and footage from her baby shower - but did not reveal the sex of the child.

'Can't believe we get to meet you in only eight weeks. Mum, dad and your big brother are all here waiting for you to come change our world for ever,' she wrote.

Matt, a BMX rider for the Nitro Circus, confirmed last week the couple was expecting a baby boy.

'Can’t believe I will have a son in my arms within the next two weeks! Still feels so surreal,' he wrote.

'I’m soo excited to bring him up around the most awesome group of friends and family what a life he is going to have!'
