Ryan Zimmerman lists Great Falls home for $7.9M

Retired Washington Nationals star Ryan Zimmerman has listed his Great Falls, Virginia, estate for $7.9 million.

The six-bedroom, 13,200-square-foot home, on five acres is listed by Weatherly Hemeon and Karen Barker of The Barker Team at TTR Sotheby’s International Realty.

The home, built by Galileo, is at 524 Innsbruck Ave.

Per the listing, it includes chef’s kitchen with butler’s pantry, floor-to-ceiling windows, several fireplaces, dressing rooms and a cerused oak library.

There is also a theater with stadium seating, a professional-level gym with steam room, an outdoor bar and kitchen, a pool house and English gardens.

It also includes a two-level children’s playhouse that was featured on TLC’s Charmed Playhouses.

The home was built in 2009.

Zimmerman, drafted in 2005, played his entire MLB career with the Nationals, before retiring in 2021.

He is not leaving town. Zimmerman recently bought a 20,000-square-foot, seven-bedroom home, in McLean for $11 million.
