some sunshine over the weekend, however, still gonna be *** chance of scattered thunderstorms and wet conditions do continue. You know the sun will feel good but you get *** thunderstorm which just makes everything wet again, still have *** little bit of *** circulation in Louisiana. And look at that flow coming up over the boundary that deep tropical moisture and the most active part of showers and storms friday has been the southwestern part of the state. High pressure actually over florida and the eastern gulf of Mexico is actually gonna help contribute with our deep tropical flow of moisture. This is moisture content and you see those deep reds and purples that is super high, tropical moisture were already loaded with moisture but this will be surging up towards the gulf coast. And even though the sun does come out something, there will be the threat of scattered showers and thunderstorms and with the tropical air in place they could produce very heavy rainfall. I am watching at least *** subtle change possible. There are indications about the middle of next week that *** front is gonna try to come down, may briefly try to push some dry air in and give us *** little bit of *** break from the rain. But if it comes down, I don't think it'll stay long. I think the tropical moisture will be here for Labor Day weekend. So there it is scattered showers and thunderstorms over the weekend, tropical moisture flowing up over the gulf coast region and that just keeps the area generally. Well, it's certainly not gonna be raining all the time but when the scattered showers and storms pop up the rain that they could put out will keep us soggy. There's *** tropical wave down here in the eastern Caribbean. Certainly not doing much right now, but it is the time of the year to watch. These things have nothing to worry about in our area. At this time, *** few evening scattered showers, they'll dissipate slight chance of an early morning shower, the sun breaks out and then we'll see very humid conditions with scattered showers and thunderstorms afternoon and evening.
