Orlando apartments to be built near Millenia mall, Lake Nona

A pair of multifamily communities have entered the city of Orlando’s development pipeline with the potential to bring nearly 700 apartments to two of the city’s busiest regions.

Winter Park-based Epoch Residential, an active developer in the region in recent years, is behind plans for Storey Park Apartments, while Tampa-based 2nd Wave Development has plans for apartments near the Mall at Millenia.

The Storey Park Apartments community would bring 324 apartments to 11351 Biography Way in southeast Orlando, near the Lake Nona region and Orlando International Airport, just east of State Road 417′s interchange with Dowden Road.
