A cat is simply adored by many people, particularly girls. When a cat is purrfect, there are squeals of delight. But with a sick moggie, the mind of the feline fan becomes foggy.

A cat in the US, Cinderblock, had a major stumbling block: she was overweight. She was brought to Northshore Veterinary Hospital in Bellingham, Washington by her owner. The hospital then put her through a workout routine, which has gone viral on social media.

The feline star had to face an underwater treadmill session. The cat lazily used one paw on the treadmill as it was put through her paces.

The video has been seen over two million times.

What was sad about the cat was that it had bone problems: it had arthritis in several joints and had an extra ten pounds of body weight.

Cinder receives Gabapentin daily for her arthritis woes. If it is laced with a small amount of cheese she goes for it.
