Ahead of kicking off their You Forgot It in People 20th anniversary tour this evening in Vancouver, Broken Social Scene have commemorated their past in another way by releasing Live at the Phoenix Concert Theatre, 2003, culled from hometown Toronto performances recorded from December 3 to 5, 2003.

Available digitally today, the release — mixed by Charles Spearin — collects a healthy dose of BSS favourites, including "KC Accidental," "Cause = Time," "7/4 Shoreline," "Anthems for a Seventeen Year Old Girl," and more. Today, you can hear "Jimmy and the Photocall" alongside concert footage courtesy of Stephen Chung.

"To commemorate the 20th Anniversary of You Forgot It in People I dug into my archives and put together this live version of 'Jimmy and the Photocall,' one of my favourite Broken Social Scene songs that has never been released," Chung shared in a statement.

"We captured the entire show in standard definition on glorious Mini DV with whatever cameras and recording equipment we could beg or borrow," he added. "We are happy to share this with you 20 years later."

Watch that below, and get your hands on Live at the Phoenix Concert Theatre, 2003 via BSS's Bandcamp.
