Tropical Storm Nicole is growing stronger as it continues to move west toward Florida, according to the latest advisory from the National Hurricane Center.

A large portion of Florida's East Coast is either under a hurricane warning or hurricane watch, including areas in Daytona Beach and coastal Volusia County.

Nicole is still forecast to become a hurricane before making landfall, possibly Wednesday or Thursday.
