Baguette and Beyond: Paris Bánh Mi Buckeyes set to open in Dublin

Paris Bánh Mi Buckeyes

What is described as the quintessential Vietnamese sandwich experience is entering the Dublin dining scene.

Paris Bánh Mi Buckeyes, part of a national chain based in Orlando, Florida, is replacing the CoreLife Eatery, 6195 Sawmill Road.

A Nov. 11 opening is planned.

“This is going to be the true one,” franchisee Calvin Pham said of bánh mi, the famous sandwich of Vietnam, which has roots in French cuisine.

In addition to the eight signature baguette-based options, the menu features croissant sandwiches, burgers, bubble tea and baked goods.

Pictured are samples of Vietnamese sandwiches to be served at Paris Bánh Mi Buckeyes.

Pham, a partner in another franchise location in Cincinnati, also has a second local store planned for the Grandview Heights area but has not signed a lease.
