JOSH SHAPIRO AND JOHN FETTERMAN, BOTH DEMOCRATS, HAVE BEEN DECLAED THE WINNERS IN THEIR RESPECTIVE RACES. THE RACE BETWEEN FETTERMAN AND REPUBLICAN DR. MEHMET OZ DREW NATIONAL ATTENTION BECAUSE OF THE ROLE IT PLAYS IN THE NATIONAL BALANCE OF POWER IN THE SENATE. FETTERMAN'S WIN FLIPS THE SEAT FROM REPUBLICAN TO DEMOCRAT. THE YORK COUNTY NATIVE WILL REPLACE THE RETIRING PAT TOOMEY IN JANUARY. IN THE GOVERNOR'S RACE ... JOSH SHAPIRO HELD OFF A CHALLENGE FROM REPUBLICAN FRANKLIN COUNTY STATE SENATOR DOUG MASTRIANO. IN A SPEECH LAST NIGHT IN MONTGOMERY COUNTY, SHAPIRO SAID THE RESULTS WERE A MAJOR WIN FOR THE RIGHT TO VOTE, ACCESS TO ABORTION, AND THE ABILITY TO UNIONIZE. IT WAS ALSO A HISTORIC MOMENT FOR SHAPIRO'S RUNNING MATE AUSTIN DAVIS, WHO WILL BECOME PENNSYLVANIA'S FIRST BLACK LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR. WE HAVE ALL OF THE ELECTION

PA governor: Shapiro vs. Mastriano
The race for Pennsylvania governor was a different story, with Democrat Josh Shapiro besting Republican Doug Mastriano by more than 10 points.
Shapiro declared victory late Tuesday night.
Mastriano said he would wait to concede the gubernatorial election until every vote was counted.
