Vacaville oral surgeon accused of sexual assault flees to Idaho, court proceedings reveal

A Vacaville oral surgeon who is accused by several women of sexual assault is no longer living in California, according to information presented in a Superior Court of California, Solano County courtroom Monday. It was revealed that David Webb has fled to Idaho, and further, that he hasn't followed a judge's pretrial release instructions.
