A restaurant seemingly focused on craft hamburgers is planned for West Nashville’s Stocking 51 complex in The Nations.

To be called Burger + Grain, the restaurant will take space in a building (pictured) with an address of 4900 Centennial Blvd. and next to Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams, according to a Metro permit.

Brentwood-based E+H Architects is handling design work, with Nashville-based City Construction building out the space.

Burger + Grain officials could not be reached for comment, and the Post was unable to determine details about the concept.

The permit is valued at about $227,600 and notes Burger + Grain will be able to accommodate more than 150 guests.

An LLC affiliated with San Francisco-based Stockbridge Capital Group paid $58 million for Stocking 51 in May (read here). Nashville-based developer Nathan Lyons, who reinvented the former industrial site with buildings now housing offices, restaurants and soft-good retail, was the seller.
