LSU football vs. Arkansas: Our final score predictions are in.

LSU football is on the road to face Arkansas on Saturday.

Following the Tigers' overtime win over Alabama last week, they will look to keep momentum going against the Razorbacks. A win over Arkansas will boost LSU's chances at making the College Football Playoff.

Arkansas, on the other hand, is looking to bounce back after suffering a 21-19 loss to Liberty. Without starting quarterback KJ Jefferson, the Razorbacks could be in trouble.

Will the Tigers take care of business on the road? Here's what our experts had to say.

Koki Riley, LSU football beat reporter

LSU 35, Arkansas 24: This has the makings of a trap game for LSU, given the colder conditions, road environment and emotional win over Alabama last Saturday. But the Tigers are still the better team, on both sides of the ball, and should be able to throw all over the Razorback's lacking secondary.

Christina Long, Arkansas beat reporter

LSU 31, Arkansas 24 — There's talk of this being a trap game for LSU, but with last week's disappointment and the uncertainty at quarterback for Arkansas, the Razorbacks will have a hard time keeping up with the Tigers. LSU will be able to combine Daniels' passing ability and its strong rushing attack to wear down the Razorback defense.

Blake Toppmeyer, SEC columnist

LSU 38, Arkansas 24: If KJ Jefferson is healthy for Arkansas, I give the Razorbacks a chance at an upset. But it doesn’t sound as if Jefferson (shoulder) is healthy. Arkansas got routed by Mississippi State without Jefferson and lost to Liberty with a banged-up Jefferson. The Hogs’ offense is limited without him. And Arkansas’ defense is not built to stop a continually improving LSU offense. These programs are trending opposite directions throughout this season.

John Adams, senior sports columnist

LSU 27, Arkansas 24: A popular scenario, which I'm not buying: The Tigers could qualify for the CFP by winning the rest of their regular-season games and upending Georgia in the SEC championship game.

The Tigers are playing better. They beat Ole Miss and Alabama. But that doesn't mean they could beat Georgia.

I'm not even sure they can beat Arkansas.
