Jacket weather continues across the Orlando area Friday morning with morning temps dipping into the 40s for parts of Lake and Volusia counties.

There’s mid-level cloudiness that could produce a brief sprinkle but the region as a whole remains quite dry, according to the National Weather Service in Melbourne.

Central Florida lows are mostly in the low- to mid-50s with some lower temps in the upper 40s for the northern counties. A north breeze is adding to the chill, the NWS said.

Temps will rise to the mid- to uppper-60s by Friday afternoon.

Weekend temps will head up a tad for a mild Saturday and Sunday with highs in the low- to mid-70s in the northern parts of Central Florida with upper 70s to low 80s farther south. Rain chances remain quite dry into next week with slightly higher chances on Sunday.
