Florida is teasing being very un-Florida like even though it’s mid-November with cooler temperatures for the next few days.

“We face a big change in temperatures along with brighter skies,” said Spectrum News 13 meteorologist Maureen McCann. “This is all because of a cold front making its way through, the drier air coming in. There will be another front that follows in the weekend forecast, but for the time being you can leave the umbrella at home, but you need that warmer jacket this morning – a fleece, a sweatshirt – even into the afternoon, although we’ll get back to sunshine, yet temperatures won’t be really warming much.”

The average high this time of year is around 78, but Thursday’s high will be 67 with a low of 51, while Friday will be very similar.

The weekend warms a little with highs in the low 70s and not warming back up to 79 until midweek next week.
