2022 Business of the Year

For the 2022 Business of the Year Awards, NJBIZ will honor 40 companies that have made significant contributions to help the state’s business community grow and prosper. The annual event will also honor Donna Schempp, president and chief operating officer of SJI Renewable Energy Ventures, as the 2022 Executive of the Year.

A celebration to recognize the finalists and winners will take place at The Palace at Somerset Park on Dec. 13 starting at 8 a.m.

Finalists for the awards – now in its 17th year – were selected in seven categories: Business of the Year (1-50 Employees), Business of the Year (51-100 Employees), Business of the Year (101+ Employees), Non-Profit of the Year (1-100), Non-Profit of the Year (101+), Corporate Citizen of the Year and Emerging Business of the Year.

All finalists are a select group of companies that have achieved notable success and demonstrated strong leadership within their industries and their communities, along with a commitment to professional excellence. Finalists and winners were chosen by an independent panel of judges made up of previous Business of the Year honorees. Winners in each category will be announced during the live event.
