Severe rainfall caused major flooding from Downtown Miami to North Miami, including Biscayne Boulevard Sunday evening.
Miami-Dade Police closed portions of Biscayne Boulevard starting from 10th Street to 15th Street. The roadways reopened early Monday morning.
Flooding was so bad that cars kept getting stuck and in need of towers.
"Nonstop all day. I went to make a left and didn't see the water and hit a curb," one driver told NBC 6 News.
