Who Are Avocado and Snowstorm on 'The Masked Singer'? Clues and Predictions

Avocado and Snowstorm are the two new costumes joining The Masked Singer.

The contestants can be seen in new pictures from the upcoming episode of the Fox singing competition, which is themed "Comedy Roast Night."

The Masked Singer's November 15 episode will feature special appearances from comedians Drew Carey and Jon Lovitz, who join regular panelists Robin Thicke, Ken Jeong, Jenny McCarthy-Wahlberg and Nicole Scherzinger, as well as host Nick Cannon.

The new Season 8 format sees only one costume move on to compete the following week and on the last edition, Bride was that costume, meaning they will take to the stage once again.

Bride will compete against Avocado and Snowstorm with the hopes of making it through to next week's show and having a final chance of securing a spot in the semifinals.

Newsweek has everything you need to know about the two new costumes on The Masked Singer, including their clues and who might be behind the mask.

Who Is Avocado on The Masked Singer?

Avocado's costume features green glitter over the flesh of the avocado and a smiling face on the stone. Avocado is also wearing green tracksuit bottoms and red trainers.

On The Masked Singer's Instagram, it was revealed that Avocado's first clue is a bag of chips.

This hint led fans to believe that Avocado could be Erik Estrada, who starred as officer Francis Llewelyn "Ponch" Poncherello in police drama television series CHiPs from 1977 to 1983.

Another fan guessed Post Malone, who recently featured on the soundtrack for 2022's Chip 'n Dale: Rescue Rangers movie.

Who Is Snowstorm on The Masked Singer?

Snowstorm's costume features a silver glitter top, trousers, gloves and knee-high boots, as well as a giant snowflake adornment on the back.

Snowstorm's face is covered by an elaborate silver mask, but fans think that a clue revealed on The Masked Singer's Instagram may have helped them figure out the famous face behind the costume.

The show has revealed that Snowstorm's clue is a scarf, leading fans to speculate whether it could be Frozen stars Idina Menzel or Kristen Bell under the mask.

Another, perhaps more unlikely guess, was singer Taylor Swift.

So far on The Masked Singer Season 8 there have been two, three-week-long rounds, with Harp and the Lambs securing their spots in the semifinals by winning their respective rounds.

There are only two weeks left in the third and final round so whoever wins Wednesday's episode could end up joining Harp, who fans think is Glee actress Amber Riley, and the Lambs, who viewers believe are "Hold On" hitmakers Wilson Phillips, in the semis.

So far, the costumes that have been revealed this season are George Foreman as the Venus Flytrap, George Clinton as Gopher, Joey Lawrence as the Walrus, Le'Veon Bell as the Milkshake, Kat Graham as Robo Girl, Jerry Springer as Beetle, Gloria Gaynor as Mermaid, Mario Cantone as Maize and Daymond John as the Fortune Teller.

Barry Williams, Christopher Knight and Mike Lookinland as the Mummies, Montell Jordan as Panther, Jeff Dunham as Pi-Rat, Chris Kirkpatrick as the Hummingbird, Eric Idle as the Hedgehog and William Shatner as the Knight have all also been unmasked.

The Masked Singer airs Wednesday nights at 8 p.m. ET on Fox.
