Subway Is Selling Footlong CookiesSubway

Subway is quite literally going to great lengths to celebrate National Cookie Day on December 4. In honor of the holiday, the sandwich shop will release four limited-edition footlong cookies exclusively at its Cookieway pop-up location in Miami, Florida.

Fans of Subway's fresh-baked cookies are likely familiar with their oatmeal raisin, chocolate chip, and white chip macadamia offerings, but on National Cookie Day, the footlong cookies featured at Cookieway will be a bit more unusual. In fact, all four footlong cookies are inspired by Subway subs.

The selection of sub-inspired cookies includes The Subway Cookie Club, The MexiCali, The Monster, and The Great Pickle.

The Subway Cookie Club features a double chocolate cookie base that's topped with vanilla frosting, chocolate chips, white chocolate macadamia and raspberry cheesecake cookie chunks, rainbow sprinkles, and chocolate and raspberry sauce.

The Monster is described as a "beast of a cookie" and has a double chocolate cookie base and a heaping spread of peanut butter, sprinkled with peanut butter cups, Reese's pieces, butterscotch morsels, and pretzels. It's then drizzled with chocolate and white chocolate sauce.

Easily the most unique of the bunch, The Great Pickle blends sweet and savory by topping a vanilla sugar cookie with peanut butter and marshmallow crème, salty potato chips, bacon crumbles, and dill pickles.

Another sweet and savory option, The MexiCali is comprised of a vanilla sugar cookie base smothered in dulce de leche. The cookie is then topped with mole and corn nuts, drizzled with white chocolate sauce, and finished with ground coffee, Tajín, and espresso chips.

All four footlong cookies will be available at Cookieway, located at 1575 SW 8th Street, Miami, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m on December 4.
