Monster Jam truckers to go head-to-head April 1-2 at the Schottenstein Center

Columbus motorheads will be white-knuckled with excitement as world-class drivers put the pedal to the metal during the Monster Jam Arena Championship Series East coming to the Schottenstein Center, 555 Borror Drive, on April 1-2.

Tickets go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. Jan. 17 at ticketmaster.com.

Both days of the event will kick off at 10:30 a.m. with the Monster Jam Pit Party, where fans can meet their favorite drivers and crews, get autographs, take pictures and see the massive, 12,000-pound monster trucks up close. The championship action will take place at 1 p.m. and 7 p.m. April 1, and at 1 p.m. April 2.

There also will be new attractions this year, including the Sand Box play area, UNOH tire demonstration, a remote-control truck course, coloring and temporary tattoo station, and new photo ops, including the chance to take a picture with the Series trophy. 

Fans are urged to get to their seats early for Monster Jam Trackside approximately an hour before the event start time. Trackside features include competition previews, driver interviews, opening ceremonies and power rush truck introductions.

The Arena Championship Series East features eight skilled athletes, including 2022 Rookie of the Year Weston Anderson in the legendary Grave Digger as he looks to repeat as series champion.

The Monster Jam trucks will take part in freestyle, skills, and racing competitions, with the Stadium Series Red champion receiving an automatic bid to compete in the prestigious Monster Jam World Finals in Nashville on July 1.
