Behind big performances from Kwesi Hall and Kyle Hagemeyer, the Calvary Lutheran Lions held on for a 62-61 victory against the Russellville Indians on Thursday night at Calvary Lutheran High School.
The Lions led 20-15 after one, 27-24 at halftime and 42-40 after three.
Hagemeyer finished with a double-double of 26 points and 13 rebounds, while Hall added 23 points of his own for Calvary Lutheran (10-5). The Lions will be back in action at 7:30 p.m. today against Columbia Independent.
Russellville (8-11) will return to the floor at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday on the road against South Callaway.
